Financial Fix Digital Consulting - Cancellation Policy
At Financial Fix, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your digital consulting services. We strive to provide a flexible and fair cancellation policy for our clients. Please review the following policy for details:
1. Cancellation and Refunds:
Consultation Services: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice before the appointment time.
Project-based Services: For projects or ongoing services, any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received at least 5 business days in advance of the next billing cycle. Depending on the progress and work completed, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
2. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule a consultation or project meeting, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time.
3. Refund Processing:
Initial Contract
You may cancel the initial contract. Cancel without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 5th day which begins after the date the contract is signed by you. To cancel the initial contract send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Cancel Contract”. Cancellation will be honored and processed immediately and no future fees will be charged.
Recurring Fee
There are no binding contracts. All cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line: “Cancel Contract”. Cancellation will be honored and processed immediately. To avoid a fee pursuant to the contract, cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days before payment is due. If cancellation is requested at least 5 days before fee is due, but a fee is still processed, a refund will be issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds.
Refund Policy
You will be refunded for any recurring fee upon the sixty (60) day enrollment period if not satisfied with the services for any reason. However, project-based and on-going services are only refundable according to our cancellation policy above.
